Job Description:
A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Contract) to
join their Total Rewards team.
Key Responsibilities
Administer day-to-day processing and operational support of
benefits programs
Serve as the first point of contact for benefits inquiries ensuring
quick and courteous resolution
Manage benefit HRIS record retention system, data integrity, and
recommend workflow automation improvements
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or equivalent
experience
Minimum 5 years' experience in large group benefits
administration
Proficient knowledge and experience administering ADA, LOA, FMLA,
State Leave, Workers' Compensation and other benefit programs
Experience setting up, auditing and management of complex benefits
matrix in coordination with TPA
Excellent working knowledge of software programs including
Microsoft Office Suite products, Adobe, and Workday
