Job Description:
A company is looking for a Medical Claim Resolution Specialist
to manage claims submitted to commercial insurance carriers.
Key Responsibilities
Work on pending claims, addressing issues related to denials or
incorrect payments by insurance carriers
Review and resolve claims that have been put on hold by identifying
the causes
Provide necessary information to insurance companies for claim
processing and handle follow-up correspondence
Required Qualifications
Strong computer skills with basic knowledge of MS Outlook, Word,
and Excel
Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm
Experience in a monitored call environment is preferred
Ability to manage large volumes of work while meeting deadlines
High attention to detail and accuracy in task execution
