Job Description:
A company is looking for an AR/Billing Specialist responsible
for customer billing and collection.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the month-end billing process, including preparation and
sending of customer invoices
Verify key contract terms are accurate in the billing system to
ensure proper invoicing
Apply customer payments and follow up on any late payments
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field is
preferred
4+ years of billing and collection experience in the SaaS
Industry
ERP experience required (NetSuite preferred)
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks in a high-paced
environment
Experience preparing audit-ready documentation
