Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain customer relationships through effective

Deepen knowledge of carrier processes, procedures, and third-party
vendors
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
1-2 years of experience in Operations, Insurance, or Financial
Industry preferred
Two-year degree required; four-year degree preferred or equivalent
work experience
Knowledge of operations, insurance, and financial services
High level of accountability and ability to adapt to changing
priorities
Strong decision-making skills and business acumen
