Job Description:
A company is looking for a People Operations Generalist to
implement effective HR strategies and ensure compliance with
policies and regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding,
professional development, and offboarding
Serve as the first point of contact for HR-related queries from
employees and management
Administer benefits programs and conduct regular HR audits for
compliance
Required Qualifications
1+ years of experience in HR or People Operations
Experience across the HR stack from payroll and benefits to
performance management
Experience partnering with leadership
Experience in a remote working environment
Experience with a blended US/Canadian team is a bonus
