Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Support Associate (Japanese
Speaker).
Key Responsibilities
Liaise between the company and Collectors by supporting all
inquiries and issues
Model exemplary service through web message, voice, and email
channels
Build and maintain relationships with repeat Collectors and ensure
satisfaction
Required Qualifications
Fluent in Japanese
General knowledge of the trading cards and collectibles
industry
Experience working through web message, voice, and email
interactions with customers in both English and Japanese
Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and
weekends
Proficiency in MS Suite, including Word, Outlook & Excel
