Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager of Workforce Management (WFM)
Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day operations of the Workforce Management team,
ensuring accurate forecasting and optimized scheduling
Manage staffing levels, resource utilization, and performance
reporting for the Care Management Center
Oversee training development and implementation processes to
improve training outcomes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in customer service with a focus on
workforce planning
Experience leading a Workforce Management department
Proficiency in Excel, ACD reports, and workforce management
tools
Bachelor's degree preferred
Knowledge of forecasting methodologies and Access Database is
advantageous
