Responsibilities include:

• Developing new treasury management business and expanding relationships with high-touch clients.
• Collaborating with Relationship Managers and other business lines to facilitate onboarding of new clients.
• Creating sales plans to identify the expansion of existing clients alongside Relationship Managers.
• Leading the RFP process with Relationship Managers and Technical Solutions Consultants.
• Coordinating and attending municipal and industry trade conferences.
• Leading consultative conversations with clients to define solutions that meet their goals.
• Mentoring and coaching junior TM consultants and analysts.
• Monitoring industry trends and competitive practices related to treasury management.
• Partnering with Technical Solutions Consultants and product managers to enhance product solutions.
• Ensuring compliance with bank regulations and policies.About You:
• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Marketing, or Business preferred.
• 2-4 years of experience in Treasury Management Sales or related fields.
• More than 10 years of experience in treasury management sales, service, and/or support required.
• Extensive knowledge of bank payment systems and treasury management solutions.
• Proficient in sales principles and practices.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, customer service, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and industry-specific software applications.Workstyle: Fully onsite.We offer a competitive total rewards package including base wages and comprehensive benefits.
