Job Description:

A company is looking for a Program Director, Speech Language Pathology.

Key Responsibilities

Plan and implement a master's degree program in Speech-Language Pathology according to accreditation standards
Recruit, train, and evaluate faculty while ensuring curriculum consistency and quality
Develop and oversee program policies, budgets, and compliance with accreditation standards

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Graduate degree in Speech-Language Pathology, Audiology, or related field from an accredited institution
Ph.D. or terminal degree preferred
Minimum five years of experience in speech-language pathology, including clinical practice
At least two years of full-time academic experience with teaching responsibilities
Eligible for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in California
