Job Description:

A company is looking for a Manager, Web & eCommerce, Americas.

Key Responsibilities

Leads coordination of initiatives that drive digital acquisition of new customers and business growth
Analyzes site visitors' behaviors and digital touchpoints to propose pilots and tests that drive conversions
Collaborates with teams to document web platform requirements and generate best practices for eCommerce programs

Required Qualifications

3+ years' experience in an eCommerce management role with knowledge of customer journeys and platforms
Experience with Google Analytics, UX, or Adobe
Strong understanding of sales and marketing, including SEO
3+ years of project management experience
Desired SaaS experience
