Job Description:
A company is looking for a Finance and Sales Assistant to
support sales tracking, contract management, purchase orders, and
financial reconciliations.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate lead management between Sales and Researchers
Enter purchase orders and manage the approval process
Process contracts and ensure accurate revenue recognition
tracking
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in sales administration or a related
role
Basic understanding of market research services
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, NetSuite, or similar
tools) is a plus
Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments
