Job Description:
A company is looking for a Pharmacy Prior Authorization
Coordinator II, responsible for supporting call center operations
and prior authorization cases.
Key Responsibilities
Support day-to-day operations for the call center and manage prior
authorization cases across various lines of business
Provide customer service to members and providers regarding
pharmacy benefits and prior authorizations
Serve as a resource and mentor to pharmacy staff and assist with
workflow oversight and issue resolution
Required Qualifications
2 years of Pharmacy Call Center or Authorization experience
required
High School Graduate or equivalent
Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) certification preferred
2 years of Managed Care, Health Plan, or PBM experience
preferred
