This role will have the opportunity to engage with customers sharing our products' benefits at a retail level. This role offers the opportunity to engage with customers, showcasing the benefits of our products at the retail level. It is a 100% commission-based position, ideally suited for candidates with previous experience in the bedding industry.
As an Independent Contractor Sales Rep, Here's What You'll Do:

• Build rapport with potential customers to earn appointments and meet your monthly sales and appointment setting quotas.
• Demonstrate our product features and benefits to customers based on their needs.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through on-going communication and relationship management.
• Assist with creating territory sales forecasts.
• Meet team and individual competitive pre and post-sales goals.
• Maintain reporting of sales activities.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer issues as needed.
• Travel up to 75% within a designated two-state territory.The Successful Candidate Will Have:
  • Previous bedding industry sales experience or previous retail store sales associate experience.
  • A proven track record of setting and achieving goals. Must be self-driven and highly motivated.
  • Excellent communication customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Work with a sense of urgency to meet customer needs.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
