Staff Platform Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Staff Platform Engineer to design and optimize secure, scalable cloud infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Lead architectural design and execution of scalable platform solutions on Azure
Establish and champion SRE and DevOps best practices to enhance system reliability
Mentor engineering teams and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation

Required Qualifications

At least 12 years of experience in infrastructure, DevOps/SRE, and data engineering
Mastery of Terraform and experience with complex, secure infrastructure-as-code solutions
Advanced understanding of Docker, Kubernetes, and distributed systems
Strong background in security best practices and compliance automation
Experience mentoring and guiding engineering teams
