A company is looking for a Consultative Inside Sales Rep
(Remote, US).
Key Responsibilities
Engage with approximately 20 new warm inbound leads and conduct 60
outbound follow-ups daily
Recommend HVAC products tailored to the specific needs of
homeowners, contractors, and small business owners
Participate in ongoing training on HVAC products and sales
processes
Required Qualifications
Proven track record in phone sales and closing deals
Experience with CRM systems and navigating computers
Aptitude for understanding and explaining technical concepts
Resourceful and competitive spirit with a focus on customer
experience
Responsible, reliable, and disciplined in maintaining high
performance standards
