Job Description:
A company is looking for an AI Compliance Attorney specializing
in Privacy and AI.
Key Responsibilities
Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations and monitor emerging
regulations affecting data protection and AI
Provide legal advice on cybersecurity frameworks and assist in data
breach response
Draft and review data processing agreements and negotiate terms
with vendors to ensure compliance
Qualifications
Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school
Active license to practice law in the US state of residence
5+ years of experience in data privacy, cybersecurity, and/or AI
compliance
Proven expertise in drafting data privacy addendums and conducting
AI risk assessments
Knowledge of global privacy regulations and familiarity with
AI-related regulations
