Job Description:

Your Role The IT Health Solutions Pharmacy team delivers all IT Pharmacy solutions to support Pharmacy operations and Pharmacy Transformation. The IT Product Manager, Consultant will report to the IT Apps Pharmacy Solution Delivery Director. In this role you will as part of an agile team, successfully deliver high-quality pharmacy solutions. You will build strong partners with business and IT stakeholders and align/engage appropriate agile team resources to deliver initiatives, mandates and operational enhancements. Your WorkIn this role, you will:

• Develop new product concepts, designs, and/or enhancements to existing product design that reflect business and user needs
• Conduct research and develop a strong understanding of the business' needs, new technologies, technology trends and competitors
• Drive advanced, complex technical product(s) and business issues requiring state of the art technical or industry knowledge
• Invest in product process improvements, utilizing data and organizational strategies to foster and influence change
• Serve as an advocate of product team to Senior Leadership and provides consultation to other product managers
• Lead all Agile Quarterly Planning activities work with business to ensure Epic and stories are created and define quarterly two-week sprints
• Manage/groom product backlog
• Create and maintain robust product roadmap
• Ensure availability and stability of applications
• Provide IT estimates for all work assigned to business service
• Understand and be able to influence technical design and architectural patterns as well as understand Cloud technologies and data integrations Your Knowledge and Experience
  • Requires a bachelors degree or equivalent experience
  • Requires at least 7 years of prior relevant experience
  • Deep knowledge of product management
  • Comprehensive understanding of Cloud technologies, system/data integrations and APIs
  • Requires Healthcare Knowledge
  • Preferred Healthcare Pharmacy Knowledge and experience working with Pharmacy Benefits Manager Pay Range:The pay range for this role is: $ 119130.00 to $ 178860.00 for California.Note:Please note that this range represents the pay range for this and many other positions at Blue Shield that fall into this pay grade. Blue Shield salaries are based on a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, location (California, Bay area, or outside California), and current employee salaries for similar roles.
