Job Summary


Under supervision, perform cleaning, housekeeping and general custodial duties of buildings and other types of facilities, including exterior areas, working independently or as part of a team and ensures building security. Valid CA Driver's License.No minimum education requirement.Experience with cleaning solvents, soaps, waxes and other related chemicals used in custodial work.Knowledge of standard safety precautions and rules used in custodial work. Custodial experience. Customer service skills.Skills to determine tools and equipment needed to perform custodial work.Knowledge to follow all health and safety procedures/protocols.Skill to practice all security procedures related to unlocking, locking and securing of buildings and keys.
