Job Description:
A company is looking for a Trademark Attorney to provide legal
representation and support for trademark-related matters.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct and review trademark searches, providing strategic advice
and risk analyses
File a high volume of trademark applications and respond to Office
actions
Assist senior trademark attorneys and increase access to legal
services for small businesses
Required Qualifications
Minimum of U.S. trademark prosecution experience
Juris Doctorate (JD) and a license to practice in good standing
with at least one state bar
Experience with high-volume U.S. trademark prosecution and advising
clients
Ability to work in a fast-paced, non-traditional environment
Experience working with small businesses and start-ups
