Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sr. Product & Commercial Counsel to
manage legal, contractual, and regulatory obligations across
product development and commercial processes.
Key Responsibilities
Advise teams on legal, regulatory, and privacy risks throughout
product development
Draft, negotiate, and analyze various agreements, including
commercial partnerships
Work cross-functionally to analyze legal risks and develop
efficient processes
Required Qualifications
5+ years of legal experience, including in-house and start-up
settings, with healthcare experience required
Experience in counseling product development and negotiating
commercial contracts
Knowledge of commercial technology licensing, intellectual
property, and SaaS offerings
Experience with data privacy, HIPAA, and related legal areas
Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school and must
be licensed to practice law
