Job Description:
A company is looking for a Manager, Technical Accounting.
Key Responsibilities:
Research, evaluate, and document complex accounting topics,
ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP
Review and approve contracts and partner with business on drafting
contracts
Maintain effective internal controls and assist in the preparation
or review of financial statements
Qualifications and Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
CPA required; MBA is a plus
5+ years of progressive experience in technical accounting,
including public accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP, IFRS, and reporting requirements
Proven expertise in reviewing contracts and researching complex
accounting issues
