Key Responsibilities
Shape long-term strategy for customer success to enhance client
outcomes and revenue
Lead transformational projects for enterprise customers and ensure
alignment with business processes
Build executive-level relationships and oversee a portfolio of
high-impact accounts
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 10 years of
relevant experience
Previous biopharma/clinical research experience
8 to 12 years of experience leading projects
6 to 10 years of experience in a customer-facing role
Proven track record of leadership and strategic impact
