Job Description:
A company is looking for a CRM Manager, Sportsbook
Lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a high-performing operational marketing team to enhance
customer lifetime value
Drive the creation and management of Lifecycle CRM strategy for
Sportsbook customers
Collaborate with various teams to improve channel efficiency and
implement CRM automation
Required Qualifications
At least 5 years of relevant CRM or retention-based marketing
experience
At least 1 year of experience as a People Manager
Experience managing marketing investments and running A/B tests
Experience with CRM platforms like Braze, Salesforce, or Marketo
preferred
Basic knowledge of HTML, SQL, and/or Tableau is a plus
