Their commitment to excellence, innovation, and safety has positioned them as a leader in the industry.Job Description: Our client is seeking an experienced Heavy Civil Construction Project Manager to join their team in Napa, California. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in successfully managing heavy road, highway, bridge, and/or utility projects. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of project execution, ensuring timely and cost-effective completion while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety.Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all phases of heavy civil construction projects, including roads, highways, bridges, and utilities.
• Develop project schedules, budgets, and work plans to ensure successful project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and performance, making adjustments as necessary to meet project goals.
• Collaborate with engineers, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications and requirements are met.
• Conduct regular site visits to oversee project activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Manage project resources, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare and present project status reports to clients and senior management.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, resolving any issues that arise during project execution.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.Qualifications:
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing heavy civil construction projects, specifically in roads, highways, bridges, and/or utilities.
• Proven track record of successfully completing projects on time and within budget.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in project management software and tools.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.
