Job Description:

A company is looking for an Enterprise Portfolio Director responsible for aligning the enterprise portfolio with organizational objectives and managing critical transformation initiatives.



Key Responsibilities:

Lead the development and implementation of strategic portfolio management approaches, including governance and compliance
Monitor portfolio performance and report to senior leadership on progress, risks, and opportunities
Continuously assess and optimize the portfolio, ensuring smooth integration and synergy across initiatives


Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, Management, or a related field; advanced degrees preferred
10+ years of experience in portfolio management, with at least 8 years managing complex portfolios and divestitures
Proven success in aligning enterprise portfolios with business strategies and managing related agreements
Deep understanding of legal and regulatory considerations surrounding divestitures and corporate restructuring
Expertise in budgeting, financial forecasting, and resource allocation, particularly for divestitures
