Job Description:
A company is looking for a Customer Service Representative to
assist clients and support service needs in the insurance
industry.
Key Responsibilities
Prepares documents for presenting risks to the market and assists
in the preparation of presentation materials
Answers incoming calls from existing clients for service requests
and processes account modifications
Analyzes client data, compiles reports, and runs monthly
cancellation and expiration reports
Required Qualifications
One to two years of experience in the insurance industry
Current Property and Casualty License or willingness to obtain
within the first 90 days
Basic understanding of insurance coverages preferred
Moderate to advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and
ability to learn other software systems
