A company is looking for a Temporary Remote Part Time/Full Time
Call Center Agent.
Key Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls
Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions
Required Qualifications
Proven customer support experience or experience as a client
service representative
At least 1 year of previous high-volume call center experience
Must be computer literate and familiar with Windows and Microsoft
Office
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
Flexibility with scheduling and work hours
