Job Description:
A company is looking for a Merchant Service Representative to
provide product and technical support to their merchant
network.
Key Responsibilities
Answer inbound calls from merchants to address their needs or
questions regarding products or services
Initiate outbound calls to assist with onboarding applications and
consumer complaint resolution
Support merchants with technical questions and troubleshoot product
issues, escalating when necessary
Required Qualifications
1+ year of experience in a customer or B2B interaction role
Experience troubleshooting computer hardware and software
issues
Experience with high volume inbound and outbound calling
Ability to navigate multiple screens and PC applications
effectively
Must reside in the USA and be authorized to work in the US
