A company is looking for a Customer Experience Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle a high volume of incoming requests via phone and email,
ensuring optimal customer outcomes
Identify and understand customer needs to provide effective
solutions and ensure satisfaction
Manage complaints and maintain accurate records of customer
interactions and account processing
Required Qualifications:
3-5 years of experience in complex customer service or account
management roles
Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools
Ability to obtain a health insurance brokerage license
Demonstrated commitment to ethics and integrity
Experience working independently and collaboratively in remote
teams
