Job Description:
A company is looking for a ServiceNow QA Analyst.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to
ensure software quality and functionality
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project
requirements and identify potential issues
Conduct manual and automated testing, including functional,
regression, performance, and user acceptance testing
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in software testing and
quality assurance
Experience in developing test automation scripts and frameworks
Proficiency in identifying, documenting, and tracking defects
Ability to perform exploratory testing to identify usability and
user experience issues
Experience mentoring junior QA analysts and sharing best practices
within the QA team
