Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Outreach Specialist to engage
potential members and provide administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct inbound inquiries and first phone calls to assess fit for
services and schedule appointments
Outreach to potential members, providing information about the
company's mission and services
Collaborate with the care team to connect members with necessary
resources and support
Required Qualifications
Previous experience in patient outreach and engagement or a similar
background
Desire to create a unique member experience and background in
customer service
Comfort with various technologies, including EHR and scheduling
tools
Previous experience managing a medical office or familiarity with
insurance billing is a bonus
Commitment to following through on tasks effectively
