Job Description:

A company is looking for a Sr IT Support Representative responsible for providing technical support and guidance in IT environments.

Key Responsibilities

Provide technical support for desktop, help desk, and network troubleshooting
Respond to trouble calls and assist with user support and training
Develop documentation and perform trend analysis to enhance system performance

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma / GED
5-7 years of relevant work experience in IT support
Ability to work any shift, including nights and weekends
Experience in help desk support and IT standards implementation
Specialized knowledge in technical support areas
