A company is looking for a Script Processing Representative
(Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Provide first level information and order support for veterinary
clinics and retail partners
Troubleshoot basic web order issues and clarify processes between
partners and clinics
Process nutrition prescription approvals and ensure accurate data
entry
Required Qualifications
High School diploma or equivalent
1 year of customer service experience
Ability to multitask with error-free work
Excellent computer skills and ability to learn new systems
quickly
Veterinary experience is preferred
