Job Description:

A company is looking for an AVP, Worker's Compensation Claims.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee the claims process, ensuring timely and accurate adjudication while driving improvements in efficiency
Lead and develop a high-performing claims team through recruitment, retention, training, and career development
Utilize data analytics to monitor team performance and develop strategies for operational effectiveness

Required Qualifications

BA/BS Degree or equivalent work experience
SIP certificate required
Minimum of 5 years progressive management experience and 7 years handling California Workers Compensation Claims
Proficient computer skills for navigating a paperless claim file system
Possesses a high level of technical claim and legal knowledge
