• An opportunity to love what you doAbout the roleWe are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Solutions Architect to join our casualty team. Work with stakeholders in a technical capacity to solve their critical needs and challenges. Define requirements for solutions including services, products, technologies and capabilities that may require hardware, software, networking, cloud architectures, communications, or other specialized knowledge to design, develop, and support the business needs. Assist with development of models and architectural guidelines for current and future system development, and provide technical direction related to the implementation of system architecture by other staff.Key Responsibilities
  • Full-cycle architecture, working all aspects of the process including design, code, documentation, deployment, etc.
  • Develop, maintain, and improve architectures, including reference/target architectures, principles, roadmaps, patterns, etc.
  • Create technical design documents and supporting materials.
  • Review new projects and architecture solutions, ensuring they are aligned with the enterprise architecture.
  • Develop an understanding of business processes, data flows, strategy and long term thinking to come up with an end-state architecture.
  • Lead and participate in development of prototype solutions to support and prove business and technology concepts.Skills and Experience
    • 8 Years plus of experience in professional software development
    • 8 Years plus of developing .NET technology solutions
    • Experience with SQL Server or Oracle database technologies, and experience with AWS Cloud Platform
    • Collaborative mindset and experience collaborating on activities with management teams to define business requirements and deliver solutions
    • Experience in developing integrated solutions involving process, data, and technology
    • Strong conceptual, strategic thinking, problem solving, technical, and analytical skills
    • Exemplary written and verbal communications skills
    • Knowledge of technologies such as:
      • .NET/C#
      • MVC & SPA
      • Angular for .NET
      • Entity Framework
      • JavaScript & jQuery
      • Typescript
      • CSS/HTML
      • AWS
      • Experience with software architectural designs.
