Job Description:
A company is looking for a SGS-Provider Services Claims Team
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the day-to-day operations of the Claims Unit and supervise
Claims Specialists
Oversee claims processing, ensuring timely and efficient service
delivery
Conduct training, performance evaluations, and quality assurance
activities for the team
Required Qualifications
Minimum of four years of experience in workers' compensation,
claims administration, or a related field
At least four years of supervisory experience
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (four years may
substitute for degree)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Thorough knowledge of claims practices and procedures
