Job Description:
A company is looking for a Division Placement Leader for the New
York / New England region.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and articulate a comprehensive understanding of the
company's expertise and value proposition
Coordinate placement strategy with Client Advisers and Account
Executives to achieve optimal outcomes
Lead competitive coverage placement processes and maintain
relationships with underwriting managers and trading partners
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Minimum of 10 years industry experience in risk management and
insurance brokerage placement
At least 5 years of experience leading high-performing teams
Thorough understanding of national insurance broker's sales and
placement platforms
4-year college degree from an accredited institution or equivalent
professional designation
Preferred insurance designation such as CPCU, CIC, or ARM, and
licensed Property & Casualty insurance producer
