Job Description:
A company is looking for a Usability Researcher to enhance user
experience for Microsoft Copilot.
Key Responsibilities
Design and execute benchmark studies to evaluate user experience
across products
Collect, organize, and analyze quantitative and qualitative
data
Moderate user research sessions and produce detailed reports on
findings
Required Qualifications
Degree in Human-Computer Interaction, Cognitive Science,
Statistics, Psychology, Anthropology, or a related field
Proven experience in conducting benchmark studies and handling
large datasets
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in statistical analysis
tools (e.g., SPSS, R, Excel)
Excellent moderation skills with experience in user research
sessions
Ability to commit from February to June 2025
