Job Description:
A company is looking for a Technical Senior Officer-
Environmental (Biodiversity & Capacity Building).
Key Responsibilities
Assist the technical team in identifying gaps and opportunities in
biodiversity action plans
Support the preparation and submission of reports to the CBD
Secretariat
Coordinate training sessions to strengthen national capacities for
project implementation
Required Qualifications
Advanced university degree (Master's) in a relevant field with two
years of experience, or a Bachelor's degree with four years of
experience
Relevant experience in international environmental policy,
biodiversity, or natural resource management
Fluency in English is required; fluency in a second UN language is
desired
Experience in capacity-building initiatives is an advantage
Demonstrated understanding of biodiversity and sustainable
development goals
