A company is looking for a SaaS Licensing Specialist.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure
license retention and renewal
Engage customers proactively to uncover new opportunities through a
consultative approach
Collaborate with sales, customer success teams, and technology
partners to execute strategic growth plans
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years experience in SaaS account management, business
development, or sales
In-depth knowledge of SaaS licensing models and proficiency with
Salesforce or Atlassian products
Ability to interpret software license agreements and knowledge of
software compliance regulations
Exceptional accuracy in tracking software licenses, renewals, and
compliance
Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills, including pivot tables and
data extraction
