Job Description:
A company is looking for a Client Success Executive - Northeast
to support the delivery of health plan products and services for
clients and their members.
Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary contact for clients, overseeing health plan
solutions and TPA services
Ensure seamless transition for new clients from implementation to
ongoing management
Lead the renewal process and prepare performance reports for
clients
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
3 years of health plan experience, particularly with self-funded
accounts
3 years of Client Success (Account Management) experience in
employer-sponsored benefits
Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Bilingual (Spanish) is preferred
