Job Description:

A company is looking for a Bilingual Call Center Lead for the Community Impact Call Center.

Key Responsibilities

Organize, direct, and oversee call center activities and staff
Provide technical assistance and support to call center agents, including troubleshooting and de-escalating calls
Prepare and analyze reports for client use, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Bilingual in Spanish required
Experience in customer service or call center operations
Proficiency in technology platforms such as Zoom, MS Office Suite, Salesforce Lightning, and Google Suite
Knowledge of program eligibility guidelines and social services
Commitment to professional development and equity-minded practices
