Job Description:
A company is looking for a Virtual Event Coordinator to organize
and execute virtual events that enhance employee engagement and
company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and organize virtual employee engagement events, including
team-building activities and training sessions
Collaborate with departments to gather input on event ideas and
preferences
Coordinate logistics for virtual events, including platform setup
and communication of event details
Qualifications:
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Comfortable using virtual event platforms and collaboration
tools
Creative mindset with a passion for planning engaging virtual
events
Self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote
setting
Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus,
but not required
