Job Description:
A company is looking for a Principal Red Team Operator -
Penetration Testing (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Develop and deliver the overall strategy for the organization's
Advanced Security Testing
Design, plan, and execute advanced technical penetration testing
exercises to identify vulnerabilities
Mentor junior members of the Advanced Security Testing team and
communicate technical findings to stakeholders
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree with 8 years of experience, Master's Degree with
7 years, or PhD with 3 years of experience
Advanced knowledge of operating systems, networking fundamentals,
cloud computing, and application architectures
Expert-level experience in manual vulnerability identification and
testing
Advanced understanding of security controls and frameworks such as
Mitre ATT&CK and OWASP Top 10
Certifications such as OSCP, OSCE, OSWP, or ECSA are strongly
preferred
