Job Description:
A company is looking for a Data Governance Specialist to support
the development and implementation of data governance
frameworks.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in implementing data governance frameworks, focusing on data
ownership and stewardship
Support end-to-end data lifecycle management, including data
classification and secure disposal
Establish and maintain data quality standards to ensure reliable
data for analytics
Required Qualifications
2-4 years of experience in data governance, data quality, or data
management, preferably in financial services
Strong understanding of data ownership, stewardship, and data
quality management principles
Experience with data lifecycle management and governance over data
acquisition and retention
Basic knowledge of data analytics tools and techniques
Bachelor's degree in information management, Data Science, Business
Administration, or a related field
