Job DescriptionThe Assistant Manager provides assistance to the Store Manager in day-to-day operations by:

Greeting customers and assisting them with any inquiries they may have.
Developing repair estimates.
Answering phone calls.
Ordering parts.
Overseeing technicians to ensure accurate and timely repairs on customers' vehicles.Further, the Assistant Manager may handle:
Store opening and closing procedures for their assigned facility.
Maintaining a safe and efficient environment in accordance with Brake Masters policies.Requirements:

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Upholding the highest ethical standards.
A minimum of 5 years automotive service industry experience.
At least 1 year of service sales or management experience.
