Job Description:
A company is looking for a Remote School Social Worker to
provide social-emotional support to students across Michigan.
Key Responsibilities
Provide individual and group counseling through secure teletherapy
platforms
Support students in crisis to ensure their safety and emotional
stability
Collaborate with educators and parents to develop and implement
IEPs and 504 plans
Qualifications
Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field
Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW) or Licensed Social Worker
(LSW) with a School Social Work endorsement in Michigan
Minimum of two years of experience in a school setting, preferably
in a virtual environment
Strong teletherapy skills and a deep understanding of
social-emotional development in students
Compassionate, proactive, and adaptable personal attributes
