Job Description:
A company is looking for an LPC or LSW Board Approved
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise pre-licensed clinicians, ensuring adherence to
professional and ethical standards
Provide guidance and feedback to clinicians to promote clinical
excellence and professional growth
Collaborate with clinic leadership to maintain high standards of
care
Qualifications/Requirements:
Proven experience supervising pre-licensed clinicians in the state
of New Jersey
Familiarity with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems;
experience with Valant is a plus
Strong organizational and time-management skills
Ability to remain calm, empathetic, and solution-focused in a
fast-paced environment
Capable of working both independently and collaboratively within a
team
