  • Job Details
  • MS Tele RN needed for 5th Floor South - Orthopedics:
  • Accountable for the assessment, coordination delivery and evaluation of nursing care, including direct patient care, patient/family education and transitions of care in an acute patient setting.
  • Delivers holistic and individualized care to all patients in an assigned area.
  • Develops, implements, and coordinates a plan of care that incorporates psychological, sociocultural, spiritual, economic, and life-style factors.
    • Job Requirements
    • CA RN License
    • BLS
    • Ortho Experience
    • Required within 30 days: Tech Cert Verification - National
    • Required within 30 days: State License 1 Verification
    • Required within 30 days: NURSYS Verification (RN, LPN/LVN, AP)
      • Schedule Information
      • Weekend Requirements: Every Other Weekend
      • On Call: As Needed
      • Floating: May float to other units within scope of practice
        • Unit Specific Information
        • May float to Ashby or Herrick Campus (Rehab Units)
        • The expectation is for all travel nurses to be flexible with floating to different campuses or within the hospital.

          • AHA or ARC only. CL: please verify by position with AM/PM until UDs are utilized.
