Job Description:
The Project Manager will complete building projects and road
improvements with the aid of subcontractors and personal efforts.
Working with skilled and unskilled trades is essential. The ability
to hire and dismiss help is required. Our site is off-grid, and
knowledge of the complexity of jobs off-grid is useful. Projects
include installing a large redwood deck and rock and paver patio
with the construction of an overhead cover along with the assembly
of a round barrel sauna, Road improvements, landscaping, Solar
improvements, and Sanitation improvements. These items are
restricted to 3-acre main areas. The Project Manager's job changes
in spring to Property Manager if desired. Once the infastructor
improvements to income rental area is complete, forest improvement
and building maintenance are continually required. They do not need
to be the same person but it is available. The Project and Property
Manager both need to be able to use a chainsaw if a tree falls in
the evening. Personal capability is essential to off-grid work and
living. There are no second chances in the wild. Affordable in-town
living is just 10 miles away. Lots of alternative living options
could save you $$$. Military experience is a bonus. Women, you are

Responsibilities: Manage environmental projects from inception to
completion Ensure compliance with environmental regulations Conduct
geology and environmental engineering assessments. Managing the
forest is also the soil. Oversee wastewater and remediation
projects Implement health and safety protocols Utilize Geographic
Information Systems for data analysis Handle hazardous equipment
safely and responsibly Job Requirements: Background in
Environmental Science or related field Experience with
environmental compliance and inspections Knowledge of
sustainability practices Ability to develop proposals and manage
engineering projects OSHA certification and experience with
hazardous materials collections Strong auditing skills and
attention to detail Military background is a plus Benefits:
